With more than 27 years of experience across residential and commercial construction, Matthew leads Carolina Community Builders with a clear vision: deliver exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a client experience rooted in trust.

Steve brings more than 35 years of hands‑on construction experience to his role leading CCB’s Commercial Division. He oversees all aspects of commercial projects, from client coordination to field execution, ensuring every upfit meets the high standards expected in medical, office, and specialty commercial environments.

Scott serves as CCB’s Chief Operating Officer, supporting company‑wide operations and managing residential projects with a focus on precision, communication, and client satisfaction.
